I am not sure if this is old news but I have been informed today via e-mail from Aaron Smith at Anchor Bay, the vp-20 camps feature request for 1080p pass-through is about two weeks out. I know there was an earlier post stating it may be looked into but not definitive. Now we know for sure it's here.

This is great for me, and many here, as we do not need/use SDI or want to use the additional BNC connections. When I bought the vp-20 and ABT 102 I was betting on the pass-through coming out in a later update. I'm glad I held the deck!!!

Here is an attached "snagit" of the e-mail I received. Cannot wait to pass-through 1080p from my HTPC!! :D Come to think of it.. I think it's now time to buy HD/blu ray DVD player, or xbox 360/ps3 ( I love Flying and racing games ) now that I can pass the signal on to the Epson Home Cinema 1080.
