I'm going to start off with mine - anyone want to try to beat this one?
I have (on loan) a Sanyo PLC-XF45. 10,000 lumens projecting to the Gemmy 149" inflateable. I haven't shown it yet, just been testing it out.
Take pics when you fire that baby up! :)

Digital Projection has units that go up to 22,000 ansi... (Lightning series)
Bring your wallet, and prepare to be on your energy company's Christmas card list!!

WOW 10,000 lumens! Are you sure you won't melt the gemmy?

any pics yet sounds awesome
Well I might have to turn all the lights out in the house and hard wire a power distro into the breaker box, but I could bring home four Barco SLM R12+'s and quad stack them. Should be around 40,000 Lumens give or take.:)
But I really am thinking of taking a Sanyo XF60 (6500 lumens) home and putting up a 9x12 in the driveway for the kids this Halloween.
