Hi all. We're having an oak entertainment center built, and the audio connections are coming right out of the back of the unit. I don't want plain white wall plates against the oak, has anyone seen an oak speaker wallplate?
Thanks!

I haven't found any specific ones but they do make oak blank panels that you use to make your own. Just drill some holes and add binding post. If you can't find any blanks then the next best will be light switch ones. Buy 2 and cut a small piece from one to fill the hole. Just make sure to match up the grain or it will look funny.

Here's a website that you can order oak blanks from....
here (http://www.wallplatewarehouse.com/wood-oak.html?gclid=CLHugo_nho0CFQF-PgodeB2epg)
I haven't ordered from them, but just thought I'd give you the link. They have several different styles and some that come unfinished so you can match your stain.

You can also use the white units and get sheet of paper or laminate to go over them if you are crafty enough.
