Just curious, I have a Sony KP-57WS500 TV that only supports up to 1080i (and no HDMI inputs). I am currently running my PS3 through a standard sony component cable and it looks very good.
I am wondering if I could get better quality video through a different cable like this one by Nyco (the forum wont let me put a link in here because I'm a new poster, it's a Nyco "HD-Link" for PS3), it looks to be an HDMI-out / converting to a Component-In, although despite my searching I can't find anything besides the picture there that actually says HDMI (just "HD-Link").
Thoughts? I just want the best picture possible with my hardware.(I know I just need a new TV, but this one will have to do for the time being : :( )
Thanks :)
