I had been running WIZD on a spare PC and playing movie files through my Helios x3000 and it was working relatively well.
For storage and because I heard it runs WIZD by itself, I purchased a 3TB Infrant NV+ and have put all my media on there. I set up the Infrant to work the media streamer nad my Helios successfully found the server. It also DOES play the files when I get there.
The problem is navigation. Although there seems to be a setting on the Infrant to limit the number of displayed movies / files to "14" or whatver, it keeps trying to show 18 - it won't change. I can use my remote to go up and down, but I used to be able to fast forward to the next page and easily find movies in directories that had tons of things in them.
Bottom line, it's damn near impossible for me to get to the "third page" or further. Has anyone had similar problems or has a similar config? Is there something I need to do with the Helios Box? There doesn't seem to be as many configuration options in the Infrant Media Streamer as compared with the options I had with Wizd.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Franky
