If it's not sold by amazon, a lot of times they charge rediculous shipping. I think a lot of the retailers charge an extremely low price to get people's attention, then charge you rediculous shipping. Of course I didn't try checking out to see if it was true in this case.

Yeah, I didn't check, either. I am happy with my Monoprice cables, and I don't need anymore HDMI cables right now.
