I am located in the Southern California Area ( Pico Rivera ) I need someone to come down and program a master remote. I would like you to purchase it or I can, just tell me the model number. I have a Pioneer PDP, denon receiver, dvd player, possibly hd dvd player, cable service, OTA and security cameras feeding into the tv. I am guessing i need macros setup because I have everything running through the receiver and outputting via HDMI. I have about 10 remotes I would like just 1. I would like it setup so a child could use it. Thank you

please email with details and pricing and I will call back. thanks

Go to the www.universalremote.com web site.

Click on Professional and then Dealer Locator. This allows you to enter your state and zip-code to find all the authorized dealers in your area.

You may have to call more than one, but you should be able to find one that is willing to do the programming for you.

Also talk with Mike at Surf Remote www.surfremote.com as he will be able to sell one to you as well as program it for you, he could program the initial setup and send you the remote then correct anything that may be out od sync

ask about his specials that are unadvertised, he does a great job!

you really should get a local installer to do this for you, for the simple reason of being able to test every function right then and there to make sure that it functions properly.
For instance I can program a controller for you here, outside of Chicago. However without knowing every detail about how your system is connected or how you want it to work, not to mention I know nothing of the cable system your on. I would need you to send me your cable remote, take pictures and expect to send the remote back for tweaking later on when you realize that you would like it to work differently.
Plus the whole point of testing a controller on site is to catch the little mistakes that are often overlooked. It really sucks when the number 2 button doesn't work so as making it difficult to watch channel 2, or anything from 200-299 channel range.
Now with a local installer you can/should be able to get faster results and may even get your system to work even better as a qualified installer can calibrate, etc.
Oh and you might be able to get a better controller than you would otherwise, as the really good ones are not sold at BB, CC, or online but only through authorized dealers.
