I have an Onkyo 803 and I am trying to hook up my TiVo to it using composite cables.
I want to have the Tivo go into the receiver and out to the TV but I am having problems getting Video out on the source. It will output the signal through "Monitor out" but not Video 1 (Which is where I have the input).
It will also output video through Video 2 (There is not wires connected to Video 2 in).

What am I missing?

You should use Monitor Out for the TV/Display. Video 1 cannot be both an input and an output at the same time.
