I have a Karaoke system that I want to connect to an LCD display (PC). The Karaoke system has an RCA composite video output jack. The LCD display has a 15-pin mini D-sub jack and a DVI-D jack (typical PC video card connections).

I'm looking for a cable or inexpensive converter that will connect the two devices. Does anyone know where I can find either?

1. (quite good but not that cheap) A DVDO iScan Plus, discontinued but can be found on eBay. I think it would cost about $100. (DVDO has various other models going up in price but you probably won't need the VP50 costing about $3000.)

2. Works well, also discontinued, hard to find, but costs less, $50?: An Aims Lab Instant TV.

3. Inquire at a security closed circuit TV dealer. There is (or has been) something called the V-VGA300, or something more recent may be available.

Each of these devices connects the same way between your Karaoke player and the VGA monitor.

Don't have a link, but check out MCM Electronics, part #82-10770. $59. No need to spend more for this application, I wouldn't think.
