Bose (yes, Bose) recently announced a car universal player. However, you have to buy the expensive sports car (I believe a Ferrari) that comes with it.

Newer Acuras, TL, RL, MDX, and maybe the RDX all have DVD-A. Some Infinitis. I think Sony recently offered a car SACD.

So Bose has combo SACD/DVD-A unit. LOL. Why would anyone buy an expensive car and then F%$k up the experience with a Bose noise system?

Maybe Bose is the industry leader.

No changer. Alpine has a few units that do DVD-A. I think Panasonic had a unit that did DVD-A. Sony has announced some that do SACD. AFAIK there is no aftermarket combo player.

Don't you have to buy the car to get the changer though?

That's pretty damn funny if you think about it.

Like I'd listen to any music when there's a Ferrari engine behind me- especially when processed through crap hardware.

Funny indead. There is no SACD/DVD-Audio player out, but the JVC KD-AVX33 and KD-AVX38 play DVD Audio/Video, CD as well as DVD-R/RW, CD-R/RW, USB drives of either MP3/AAC/WAV/WMA formats as DivX Ultra video. It's nearly format complete. I'm looking at getting one of these soon.
