The only other Blu-Ray title I could find was Blades of Glory.

Hmmm....

Old news. And why is it interesting? Columbia House is owned by Bertelsmann and has nothing to do with Columbia Studios.

The problem with Columbia house is they charge $19.99 plus like $5 or $6 for shipping, what will they charge for a Blu-ray?

Columbia House sometimes offers some incredible pricing and member discounts. However, their standard rates are abominable.

It's 26.21 for those that can't see the price. $30 for the hd-dvd version FWIW.

Umm, no. For years, I was only paying an average of $5-6.00 a movie shipped from CH. You need to find the right membership code (hundreds of different ones). Never accept the offers in the mail or media (usually poor deals).

DVD Talk has a wealth of CH information to maximize offers.

Since a lot of us probably aren't buying regular DVDs too much anymore, CH may not be a bargain until they allow HD titles for enrollment.

And there are enough BD titles in their catalog that interests us.Yes, and since they don't carry Disney and Fox that eliminates a lot of the best Blu-Ray titles.

If you have a ch.com account, what was previously referred to as a CH DV2 account, you can order 300 on Blu-ray for $20.99 w/ free shipping.

For those that don't have an existing account you can enroll via the following link:

ch.com (http://go.columbiahouse.com/cache/membership_details.do?type=membership_details&group=JOIN&club=3&mode=WHSE)

Can you sign up by buying HD/BD movies, or do you still have to buy SD content to have access to the HD content? I'm not interested in buying any SD content anymore.

Interesting because I read here that Sony was the parent company of BMG, not that I care either way or know if this is true.

Yes, but they will soon add more and plan to carry most by the end of the year. If they have the same deals as SD DVD then we can look forward to some of the best prices on the net.

They have an HD program coming soon. Current members can take advantage of the 2 titles they are offering now.
