View Full Version : Harmony Remote software broken on Mac?

I have an intel iMac (running OS 10.4.10), and the Harmony remote has worked flawlessly for months on both my Harmony 880 and on my Harmony 659.

But i decided to fix one thing that had bugged me about tivo controls (the live button launching "guide" instead of switching tuners on a series 3), so i launched the software this morning and it got to the very end of the launch process and then displayed the following error:

Mscorlib error 800004005
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
/easyzapper/new/proclogin/start.asp, line 126

I went to logitech's web site, and there doesn't appear to be a new version of software. But i did notice on the download page it said "Mac OS 10.3,9-10.4.8."

Has anyone else encountered this, and has anyone found a patch/fix?

Thanks!

Just got off the phone with Harmony customer support. Turns out it was an error on their server side.

So if you ever run across that error, check back later that day and it will probably work!
