I just recently changed my H10 to a HR20 and the MX-3000 has gotten very slow, so slow that I can't change channels by numbers using the key and macros don't work very well, there seems to be an incredible delay from the remote command and the execution by the HR20. I did not change any programming on the MX-3000 it still has the codes from the H10, is there a differnce between the 2 receivers, the commands do work just real slowly.

There shouldn't be a problem with command execution. Try using the HR20 codes from the database to see if they make a difference.

Mike, any idea where I can get the HR20 codes, my database is old and I can't get any updates from Universal.

I have an MX-950 file for the HR20-700 that you could download and try with the Universal Browser. You can download it here (http://www.surfremotecontrol.com/downloads/HR20.zip).

Also, URC has updated the software that you can download from them. The "Live Update" still doesn't work, but it got the latest IR database.

Mike, I tried the Live Update on the software and it actually did a connect and download new stuff, found and H20 in the database and it made a world of difference to the remote, no more delays, thanks for the help.
