Nope. Nothing wrong as far as I'm concerned; but then I'm not an administrator.

Maybe before anyone can answer your question, more information from you is needed. For Instance; what subjects do you shoot (family, vacations, scenery,etc)? When will you be using it (nighttime, day only, inside, outside, etc)? Taking it where and how often (again, vacations, concerts, scuba diving, etc)? How portable should it be? Will you be using a tripod? And who else will be using it?
Also, tape, hard drive, or DVD system? Are you a control fanatic? Or are you happy with just point and shoot? ....and the list goes on and on.

So please be alittle more specific and maybe someone with the necessary experience will answer your questions. As for me, I am going to get a camcorder with alittle more bulk to it. Those little cams just don't make it for me. Even with a tripod, the added bulk of an FX7 or an A1 helps smooth out pans, etc. And I want 3 chips (CCD or CMOS) with my next cam. So I am afraid I cannot help you out with your questions.

Ah, but Railfan was not, nor is now, pissed. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

My point was, that since everyone is different, with different needs and expectations, it is somewhat difficult to help someone with good advice unless we know more about what that said person wishes to do with their new camcorder. I have certain requirements, you have different ones perhaps, while Luismanrara could perhaps have another completely different set.
For any of us to help another, and do a credible job (and not lead them astray), information is golden.

So, was I pissed? Not at all. Perhaps grossly unclear, maybe even patently stupid in my response; but certainly not pissed.
