I didnt know where to post this one so I figured here was just as good a place as any. I was wondering if anyone could hook me up with a link or two for a 3-4 port HDMI switch. I would like to have one that has two outputs so I can hook a projector and my TV up at the same time and just swap between them. I have looked on a couple of sites but have had no luck. If anyone knows of something that would fit the bill please inform me.
Thanks

heh, ok I'll bite. I'll be the first of many: Monoprice (http://www.monoprice.com/products/subdepartment.asp?c_id=101&cp_id=10110&style=)
They aren't HDMI 1.3, but I haven't heard that stop anybody from buying them.

I've seen those I am really trying to find one with two outputs so I can hook projector and TV up at the same time because I am doing a Living room HT. Monoprice was the first place I checked :).

1x2 splitter (http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=101&cp_id=10113&cs_id=1011301&p_id=3049&seq=1&format=2&style=) I found this on monoprice so I was wondering if I should use this and a seperate main box or is I should find something a little better to minimize my connection points.

I was trying to find something a little cheaper :). I will have to look around I did actually find this from provantage (http://www.provantage.com/connectgear-hsp12~4CONG01J.htm) but it doesnt say how long of a HDMI cable you can run the monoprice said 10 ft which I need one that can handle 25-35 ft. If it is going to end up costing me an arm and a leg I would rather just buy a new reciever.

I'm also currenly looking for a 3 or 4 x 2 HDMI switch. Found this item, but both displays can't output the same source, at the same time. Maybe that's ok with you:
http://www.octavainc.com/HDMI%20switch%203x2%20port.html
Gefen has one, but too pricey:

Then there's this one:

The monoprice units, even if you had to daisy chain a switcher and splitter together, seem the least expensive units out there. A matrix switcher would be best, but they are the priciest.

Ya the monoprice route would be the cheapest but there splitter cant go over 10 ft which is a problem for me. I guess Ill have to fork over the cash for a priceier option. I dont care if they can both display at once I just want to be able to run everything through the projector and the TV without having to mess with anything oh well.
Thanks
After reading some of the Gefen "HDMI switcher" forum, don't know if I would want one of those. I wonder if the Octava unit would have less compatibility problems, because it doesn't try to combine different displays together.
