Hi, I've had my Harmony 550 for over a year and I love it...I just upgraded my Directv HR 1-250 HD DVR to the new HR20, and i'm having problems with the IR sensor on the unit accepting any signals from the directv brand remote, or the 550. I can switch the receiver over to rf, and it solves the problem, but i'd like to continue just using my 550 for everything. Is there any way to get rf functionality on the 550, even if i do have to spend a little money (instead of the basic ir)? Don't really want to use the directv brand remote, as its a piece of crap. ALos, if so, can i still do IR with the rets of my devices at the same time? Any specific help would be greatly appreciated...thanks!

Sorry if this was already addressed in a previous post...tried to look, but didn't have any luck...

Personally, I would call DirecTV and get another receiver. I also switched to the HR20-700 from the HR10-250. I haven't had an problems with the original remote or my 880 with controlling the HR20.
