TV settings with Xbox360 system.

Hello all, i think this is a good place to ask this question becuase i know most of you care about this.

I´m wondering how do you calibrate the xbox360. What i did was Avia and DVE, but those runs at 480p so brightness could be a bit off on 720p (where i play my games).

I run the NBA live 06 testpattern and i saw my brightness was a bit high. My question is, how accuarate is this testpattern for other games?

also, if i´m correclty, the black strip, it looks like blacker than black shouldn´t be visible right?, because i can see it very clearly.

If anyone could help i´ll be appreciated.

Right, the NBA live test pattern should be a good pattern for all games. Just makes sure you aren't looking too hard. Just adjust the brightness up and down over and over until you pinpoint the setting that keeps blacks black, dark details visible, and colors aren't washed out.

One last question.. i have all my settings preatty much, but on brightness i´m confuse.
the black strip at the bottom right... i assume is a Blacker than black, this shouldn´t be visisble right? but i should still be able to see the lighter strip on his side just barley visisble.

I´m correct?
