My theater room is in a finished basement=Meaning the walls are already up using standard framing and drywall- the ceiling has r-30- 2x 5'8 DD and green glue using RSC clips- I still get quite abit of noise upstairs- I am going to replace the doors but wondering if I put another layer of drywall on the walls would that help- I have 2"sound absorbers running the length of the wall roughly 4' tall- If I put the drywall around the panels would that work>\??

Are you saying that you do not have the DDgg on the walls but only on the ceiling? also are all your light fixtures isolated and sealed in some way? You can't stop or greatly reduce sound without treating everything because other wise you get flanking. by the same token I doubt treating just above your acoustic treatments would help either.
