Are there extra misc bits of info the player sends via HDMI to help a reciever identify a PCM stream or automate post processing, display labeling, etc? IE: If a HD DVD player is decoding a TrueHD stream to PCM, is there any way the receiver via HDMI can identify the bitstream format of the source so the receiver can display TrueHD vs Multi-channel PCM?
