Any purchased one yet? I was wondering if this integrates well with a URC 850 or Harmony remotes? Does it send RF?

I have not purchased it yet, but I plan on doing so as soon as my wife gets over my most recent toy purchases. I plan on using it with the Pronto TSU7500 (in RF mode), but I think the Remotelinc itself is strictly IR. greg_mitch 07-13-07, 09:31 PM I just read somewhere that it is RF. I don't think you are going to be able to combine it with any universal since RF wasn't like that last I checked. Might not be bad still to just have one around the room. Way better than the control linc anyway! I can sell my control linc to my buddy lol. jspirate 07-14-07, 07:27 AM I just read somewhere that it is RF. Darn. You are correct. http://www.smarthome.com/accesspointupgrade.html Quote: "The RemoteLinc sends commands via RF to an Access Point (sold separately) to deliver power and scene commands to INSTEON-compatible devices throughout the house." |
