You know this basically from top to bottom including the sound is thanks to you and Ken. It's been a long road big dog and the best part is in about 2 months, I'm going to have the best of both worlds. ;) :D

Yes, Art has been a great friend to me and one hell of a guy, fellow forum member, and family man. I feel priviledged to have him a part of my life for the last few years.

I'm really hoping to be able to figure out a way to do a CRT tour myself. I'm so damn broke right now it's sick. :(

It looks like the guys are going to have to fly you back out for the fall meet! :D ;)

Actually, I was referring to William's meet in the fall. Art as well is having one too and I will definitely make that one and hope to make Williams!

I go there to be with Art and his family and the many guests. The Bland, Ken, Don, the list goes on and on. And believe me that is one long 1200 mile round trip drive for me and my Miata. Hell I'd probably go just for the fruit pizza. Don't ask, I won't tell.

This year I think Art is proposing to do it Halloween night with costumes required. I am going to come dressed as The Bland, Cliffy is going as Jimmy Carter, Ken is going as Joe Silver, and Art is going in CRT guy drag. That's what I hear, but I could be wrong. Cliffy I think thinks Jimmy Carter is too conservative and might come instead as Ted Kennedy.

Notice. I can't find anyone to dress up as Curte. Actually pretty simple to do as long as you have saved a 20 year old black sweat shirt some place. I think the reason might be the possibility of mistaken identity and being arrested.

I'll come dressed up as Bill Clinton, but don't ask for one of my cigars :-) I'd dress as Hillary but I might not be manly enough to pull it off (HEY OOO).

Fruit Pizzia oh yes how I love thee...

On a side note the baby is close at hand, six hours on a false alarm last night. Man it wasn't even really labor, and she about killed me.

Good luck Don! Our first one was a long hard labor, and he had a very big head if you catch my drift. What's more we did it at home with a midwife, and I ended up as the "birth chair," holding my wife in my lap. Our son is 12 yrs old now and the scars on my legs are starting to fade... :)

That isn't Art's fruit pizza. Its easy to describe and is very good, but the game is you have to come to find out. They played it on me last year and I am not going to break with tradition. Its nothing funny, and it is very good.

Clarence is definitely the cornecopia of knowledge the go to guru, the.... ! That is basically what they make but I don't think they use whipped cream ,it is some kind of carmalized topping. Steph(pictured) is the master.

I hope I will see all of my CRT friends on September 29th.

I like it. BTW Art, the composition is carbon and 98% water. I like the black slinky number on it, the bow is a mice touch as well..;)

Also, you did well to classify it on your site as 'ASSets' :)

Art. I think its something like a non flakey pie crust topped with nice fruits and covered with a glaze. Not too sweet. Very good.

This guy Curt is dangerous.

BTW. I love to joke about Curt but he is one hell of a good guy. But living alone now, his horney meter is off the charts.

Also, isn't it called a 'flan' as well? There was a Friends episode about that years ago...

Curt, you might want to come up while Steph is still single.

No its not a flan Curt. A flan can be sweet or savory and is usually a molded custard.

This is more like a pie crust dough in the form of a pizza piled high with berries, grapes, etc and then a thick glaxe brudhed on. The glaze is clear, red and probably has a thickening agent added such as arrow root or tapioca.

Holy Fecal Matter. Curt finally got lucky. Talk about a blind squirrel stumbling upon an acorn.

I can just see the wedding pictures of Steph and Curt. Art would probably think he is watching The Beauty and the Beast on his 47 ft or whatever wide screen. I could handle the screen but the image would be too scary for me.

Seriously Curt. You need to come to Art's. It is a first rate party. Very down home but well oiled. bartenders, parking attendants, young pretty girls but still very wholesome. No one gets drunk but there is a lot of drinking and food. The liquor is first class too. And last year, the bar tender was very hot. She got more attention than Art. And its easy to find Ken. He is either helping Art in the theater or is scoffing down food. I think that's Ken in the picture shoveling down that fruit pizza.

So I'm casually checking out the forum last night. I've already read the writeup on Curt's site, but thought I'd read what others were saying about it when I came across this little blurb:I hope I will see all of my CRT friends on September 29th.

Excellent! Are you going to start a new thread with a guest list and all that jazz? If the date is set, I'm there!

Planning on that being the date. I don't want to put it in stone until I get the work started (about three weeks from now). This is the best weekend to keep it away from William's get together.I will start a thread in the next couple or weeks. :)

She looks so relaxed in that new shot.

Well you know how it is, you wave around enough $100 bills down skid row driving a BMW convertible, and you're either going to get rolled or lucky. This time I got lucky..;)

I will try and come to Art's. It's really going to depend on sales in the next month or so. His meet is still a ways off, yes? (typing this before I checked the date..:))
