Hey guys.
I was watching Friday's (7-6-07) ep of The Young & the Restless (in HD on the dvr to boot) this morning while I was eating my cereal getting ready for work and one of the characters mentioned "Gears". Her husband likes to play video games and she reminded him, b/c he was recently in an accident and has lost his memory, that she kicked his butt in "Gears of War". He asked if "Gears of War" was a game and the wife told him yes. She went on to tell him that it's the "Cogs vs. Locust". And then he said "so it's Gears of War, Cogs vs. Locust". Then they started to play but they weren't really playing the game b/c they were holding the Xbox 1 controllers pretending to play. Anywho, it was still fun to hear a actual game mentioned on any show let alone a soap opera and let alone "Gears". Now she did mention to him that it was "a bloody game that is inappropriate for children". Almost like a product placement,
