so i finally get my CHILDREN of MEN replacement from Universal today....and i have never felt so insulted by a company before in my life!!!! i know it's just an hd-dvd, but they sent me back what looks to be my original case, and in a separate slipcase a BADLY scratched disc that looks like a Netflix disc that has been rented 100 times. What a joke!!

Send it back, they probably made a mistake.

Funny this was posted, I actually received the same thing, but I only sent back the disc and received it back today. I noticed "marring" and scratches (I havent tried to wash it off yet) but it looks like the only side that was scratched was the DVD side the HD DVD side looked clean. I am going to check it out, but if there are scratches on the HD DVD and it still doesnt play I am going to send it back, thing is I am moving in 2 weeks ad this one took like 6-8 to get back to me so I might just have to wait..... :(

I would buy a Blu-ray player and stop supporting HD DVD.

I got my disc back today (only took 2 weeks). No scratches and it plays flawlessly through the chapters it used to choke on.
