Your sharpness seems a bit high, but it could be right. How did you decide where you wanted it set?
I suggest, when you set sharpness, have the xbox dashboard on the screen (because it has clearly defined text) and slide sharpness all the way up and watch how it increases artifacts and "ringing" around the text. Then turn it all the way down and watch the text become slightly blurry. Then try to turn it up so it's set just before or just below where you start to see those ringing artifacts around the text.
I also suggest turning off the clearedge VM. I'd say turn that off, then set the sharpness, and see if you like it - clearedge VM off and sharpness low (but set correctly) should give you the best fine detail.
Setting the color temp to cool will usually make white (and thus every other color as well) appear too blue. Cooler (bluer) color temp often tricks our eyes into thinking white looks "more white" but in reality it's just more blue than it was before. Try this - in a brightly-lit room (preferably daylight), hold a white piece of paper next to your TV when it's displaying a white screen. You'll see that "cool" color temp actually makes the TV's white screen appear as a light blue, instead of the more yellowish, reddish white that is "true" sunlight white. So while white objects on the cooler-color-temp screen may seem to "pop" more, you may be throwing color accuracy out the window, since all your colors have more blue than they're supposed to.
Check out the Display Calibration (http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/forumdisplay.php?f=139) area of AVS Forum for more information on the importance of calibrating color temperature to 6500K / D65 (the color temperature standard). Note, the "warm 6500K" color temp setting on your TV might actually be warmer than 6500K... so "standard" might actually be closer to the D65 standard.
But, of course, it's your TV so set it up how you like it set up, not how other people say it should be set up...
