New flat, new equipment arrangement... trouble brewing...

Heres my equipment
ptax100u, sceptre 32" lcd, 92"pulldown dalite model b, outlaw 970, oppo 981, hda1, 360, older panny divx player, rotel rb 985 thx, phase tech teatro 7.5x 3 6.5 x2, and a low end htpc primarly for web browsing and some ut2004.

my video cables going under my carpet consist of atlona 16' flat hdmi, and a super thin vga cable (360). Im using a 4x1, and 2x1 (in reverse with the diodes shorted) as a 4x2 switch. Everything works great except for my HTPC with the dvi/hdmi cable. It looks less than sharp on either display with or without the switchs.

once its all setup my equipment will go into the 4x1, then 2x1, to which ever display I choose. The total cable run is around 37' Im using all monoprice cable.
I was intending on using a vga switch for the 360 and the two displays. Should I just use vga for my pc? If so, will two manual data switchs handle this problem? Or Is there something im doing wrong with my htpc?

I want to be able to switch all my devices between the displays, on a budget.

ps, sorry for the long winded hastly written post.

Hi there. You're really in the wrong forum for your questions - this one is for theater construction and design. You might be better off posting somewhere in the Video Components or Display Devices forums, which can be found from the main forum page here (http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/index.php?).

Good luck!
