Which version is better ?

Blu-ray wins in Audio dept with DTS HD and HD DVD wins in PQ with VC-1.

Also the aspect ratio is not also clear. Can any one please check and confirm ?

I am very interested to see what people will say because I've been on the fence with this title for a while now and I'm about ready to jump on it but don't know which format to go with. Sound is VERY important to me but so is video so any suggestions would be great?

Thanks

I have emailed to dvd@magpictures.com. If Sound is important to you I would suggest the BD version. To me Picture comes first as we atleast have enough tellys that can do justice to Picture.

The review on highdefdigest states the pq is sharper and better on the HD DVD.

I think either the Aspect ratio or Audio spec is mentioned wrong in highdefdigest .

I will wait till Sunday for some more response. I am planning to order few more titles including 300. Donno whether to buy the 30 Gig HD DVD version or the 50 Gig BD version.

Unsure about the HD DVD, but I'm pretty sure the Blu-ray's transfer comes from a 1080i bobbed source.
