I have called 800-888-8245 for 3 days now and for 3 days all I got was a message stating there was a higher than normal call volume and to call back later - then it would hang up on me
I called back for 4 hours each day every 1-20 min or so and I got the same message until it is closed
because of this I have returned my brand new WD-57733 and replaced it with a JVC HD-ILA
Mits has lost a customer for good
anyone else have this problem I got the phone number from their site
