Hola guys!
I’m pretty new around here, I’ve been lurking in the Front projector forums to get good info on the theater room I’m building in my daylight basement. A friend of mine sent me down here as a great place to talk about it!
My basement is about 16' wide and 45' long. On Tuesday I had electricians come out and run a 60 amp sub panel down there. 3 dedicated circuits. One will go to in wall heaters (don’t need to plug that room into my ac/furnace) and 2 more are going strait in for HT use. I should start on insulation in the next week after inspection.
I have been running my HT in my bonus room for some time and recently upgraded some things. This room is about 20' by 25' and my setup has way out grown it.

So I have a few questions for the experts.
1) What color should I paint the walls? This room will be used for say 75% HT and 25% play room (bar, pinball machine, poke table on the far side).
2) I have about $2000 for chairs and would like at least 4 that I can move to the sides of the room when not in use. Any good ideas?
3) Any advise on the screen. This is the last thing I need. I am thinking an Elite screens 150’ electrical model. I would like to be able to mount a 40’ish inch LCD 1080P behind it for normal viewing.
