I like it but it is hard.

There is a survival mode that is like the survival mode in Crimsonland. Basically an increasing number of enemies spawn and you just fight till you can't hold them off any longer.

There are some square levels and some sidescrolling levels that take place in blood vessels.

Looks nice...I'm a sucker for these arcade games...I think I'm going to get it.
