I'm one who cannot buy without sitting in it first. The only chairs I've found around are Lane Hollywood, Klaussner, and Coaster Director series. Anyone have an opinion of which I should buy? I'm not sure I can justify the difference in price above the Coaster except that I'm worried about the fact they only have a 1 year warranty.

I have 7 directors series and love them. They are very very comfortable. If you aren't in a rush wait for a special on here and get them there. I got mine delivered for under 2400 for 7.

Prices have gone up slightly but still a bargain in terms of theater seating in my opinion. Don't let the one year warranty fool you, the chairs are heavy and well built. You can buy with confidence, just find a reliable reseller, there a few good sources where you be well taken cared service wise.
