I received Blood Diamond on HD DVD for my Birthday on Monday. I finally had some time to watch the movie today. I fired up my Toshiba HD-A2, did the most recent update, as advised in the packaging of Blood Diamond, popped the movie into the player and got the following error -

Cannot Play The Disc
Error Code: 408bc504

Does anyone know what that error code is?
Has anyone else had this problem?

The disc was bought through Amazon. I just got done requesting a replacement of this movie. Amazon is cool about things like that.

Any help / info would be greatly appreciated!

I've seen a similiar error once, when I would try to use the menu to jump to chapter 18 on Pitch Black. Ejected the disc and tried again and it worked.

I think I found a solution to my Error Code: 408bc504. I read on another forum that you should unplug the Toshibas after an update completes. I did that, and the movie worked right away. I guess I'll be watching BLOOD DIAMOND tonight . . .
