Hi, i am looking to buy a stand or pedestal for my panny 42" commercial display, but ive been told the consumer stands will not fit? can someone direct me to a stand that will be compatible? the model # is TH-42PWD5. thanx!

Hi, i am looking to buy a stand or pedestal for my panny 42" commercial display, but ive been told the consumer stands will not fit? can someone direct me to a stand that will be compatible? the model # is TH-42PWD5. thanx!Basically none of the later models' (PX50, PX60) silver "duckfoot" stands will fit the Industrial models, probably because they have raised ridges that fit into recesses in the bottom of these TVs that don't exist on the Industrial models. If you look at pics of all these rounded-base stands on Bruzzi's site you'll notice that the "bridge" on these stands is flat across the top.

The silver & black rounded-base stands from the earlier Consumer models like the 42PA20 and 42PX25 supposedly will fit the Industrial models and you can find them cheap on EBay.
