So whats the skinny on these two these days?

1) The Fusion Research Genesis looks like an integrated server / player in one box? How much is it?

2) How much is the Kalidescape these days? I remember reading that they came out with a "low cost" (LOL) version?

3) Is added storage on K* and Genesis proprietary? Ie. Can I just toss on any random old NAS or do I need the 5000% marked up drives they sell?

4) Are both proprietary OSes? I'm pretty sure the K* is, but not sure about Fusion Research. I remeber reading that its just a skinned media center?

5) Both are 1080p HDMI?

6) Can both auto load DVDs? Ie. I drop in a DVD it auto rips it to the hard drive, then goes on line to get cover art, movie info, etc?

7) Both have a similar UI? I know K* has that cool shuffle thing, does the Fusion? Cool eye candy, but I dont know if its work $10k :)
