Hi all,

I am a newbie here, and have been searching through the forums for information on how to create a retractable mount for a smallish projector, so that it can be stowed in the celieing between the joists.

in one of the threads, I found a link to this picture (I'm so new, the forums won't let me post pics until 5 posting. So only those of you that are truly interested in helping me out will go through the trouble of talking the four lines below, and constructing url out of it to see the picture of what I am talking about. ;) )

Which is pretty much exactly what I *think* I want to do. But for the life of me, I can not seem to identify what this must be, so that I can find out what is out there.

So the question here is "what is it that I am looking for" And where would be the best place to look for it.
