My girlfriend and and I were at Hobby Lobby today and on the way out, noticed some furniture on clearance.

They had 5-6 leather (non-reclining) italian leather chairs for half price - 350$.

I am trying to figure out if this is a deal I should jump on.

I tried surfing for comparable furniture online, but it's difficult to compare.

Any ideas?
