View Full Version : CRT Tubes for Electrohome Marquee 9500 feninio66 07-17-07, 08:15 AM Hello, Do not prompt, where it is possible to get CRT Tubes for projector Electrohome Marquee 9500? Alex. CRT_Ben 07-17-07, 10:08 AM For the loVe of GoD do a searCh  mark haflich 07-17-07, 10:28 AM The only kind of tube you can put into a 9500 is a CRT! Is this some sort of trick question? Seriously, there are a bunch of sources, do a search here, or plug into you e browser electrohome or marquee parts and tubes. Tim at Etech in Phoenix is a great source. Video Display Corporation in Georgia sells new and refurbishes old tubes. Curt Palme 07-17-07, 11:09 AM Video Display is at 800-241-5005. Ask for Gina and get the tube number before calling her. Tim can be found at www.etechvideo.com. nuttall_chris 07-17-07, 01:21 PM I've got a nice set that you can have for a good price. :) dochlywd 07-17-07, 01:53 PM Nice, Benji. Very Nice! :) Doc mark haflich 07-17-07, 02:40 PM Forgive me Curt. Curt Palme is a great source for parts and tubes as well. I didn't mean to leave him off my dance card. Once again, sorry Curt. Not deliberate. CZ Eddie 07-17-07, 03:28 PM Dance Card? Mark, you talk like Isaac Asimov writes! You remind me of this "Jubal" character in "Stranger in a Strange Land". :D garyfritz 07-17-07, 04:23 PM Jubal Harshaw! Now there WAS a character. Damn, haven't thought of some of the characters in that book for 25 years. I really oughta dig it out and re-read it. I suspect it isn't as much of a world-rocker as it was when I read it in the early 70's, but it's still cool. :) mark haflich 07-17-07, 04:36 PM I'ze a ritin, not tawkin! pcCinema 07-17-07, 05:36 PM There have been a number of good deals on 9500 lately with good tubes. Might be cheaper to buy a whole pj to use or take the tubes from. Troy mark haflich 07-17-07, 06:45 PM Whatever you do. Go for the absolute cheapest, That's all that counts around here. Kit the mother especially if you end up saving a dime. Regardless of where you bought it, you will be criticized for spending too much. Better to say you found it in a trash bin and the tubes only had 1576 hours on them. Even if you spend $1500 you will be looked as a big bucks spender around here considering how many CRTers are either starting a new business, supporting a mistress on the side (yea right), or still making judicially ordered restitution, CZ Eddie 07-17-07, 09:06 PM Oh man, I'm struggling to get through the book right now. About 1/3, maybe 40% into it. It starts out waay slow. Right now I'm at the point where the OG reporter has been re-discovered. But the intelligence pouring from the book is nearly overwhelming. Possibly too much so for someone who dreams simple, but big at times. Power to the Pimple?!? :D Chuchuf 07-17-07, 09:45 PM I also have both new and used tubes for sale for your 9500. You can contact me at terfer@comcast.net Terry garyfritz 07-18-07, 10:40 AM PJ, I agree with CZ Ed. Stranger in a Strange Land has much more "meat" to it. If SiaSL is Jimi Hendrix, Johnathan Livingston Seagull is Barry Manilow Lite. :D |
