Anyone else out there got 2 pvr150s and an hd3000?

On my system (ubuntu) the second pvr150 has scratchy sound.

Otherwise everything works fine.

With the hd3000 ununstalled - the scratchy sound problem goes away.

I've google around on this and found little useful info.
