when i have black bars on the top and bottom of my picture, the top bar is slightly bigger than the bottom bar. Its really not that big of a deal, but its kind of irritating.

If there is a vertical or tilt control thing on your TV then adjust them.

Shouldn't you just adjust vertical position for this? It should be easy.
