I've got an XG 1350 SN 2700300. I've made the cabel for the PC Control. Now I have seen the document stating that the 2700xxx series aren't compatable, but I've also read that it has been done. When I load the software, it doesn't recognize the PJ. Do the people who've gotten this working have an updated firmware version on their PJ? If so what is the version number? Can the PJ firmware be updated? If so how and where can the firmware/updater be acquired? I've searched the net and came up zip so far. If it's not the firmware could anyone give me some suggestions as to how to get it working? I'm a newbie and would very much like to be able to back up my configurations, just to be on the safe side.
