Can someone help me diagnose what is wrong with my Samsung TXP3064? The screen seems to be "flashing" brighter and darker periodically. It isn't major so you have to pay attention to notice it but it is either the color or the brightness that is fluctuating.

Any idea what might be wrong? I don't have the money to buy a new TV so I would like to try and fix this otherwise I will have to just live with it for a while.
