Hi,

I am interested in buying probably a TViX HD M-4100SH. What I would like to do with this is take TV Shows and Movies SD and HD and transfer them to the devices hard drive and watch them on a 92" screen (HD Projector)

Would the TVIX do the trick, or is there a better product?

What I have been doing up to now is burning all my videos I download onto DVDs and then playing the DVD directly on my big screen. I would like to bypass the burning phase, and just connect the TVIX to my network, transfer the files to the device and watch them direct. I would like to have all the same features I have on my DVD player on the media server, not less. I do notice that to burn the file on a DVD I lose alot of the quality. I am hoping that if I bypass this phase, the image will be clearer on my projector.

Does the TVIX come with a hard drive? UP to what size does it support?

If the TVIX is not the best solution for me, what is?
