I have a Motorola DCT6412 from Comcast that has been freezing up on an
irregular basis for quite some time. It's been annoying but I couldn't easily just swap the box for another since I had numerous hours of programming that Comcast claimed could not be copied to a new box. So, I've just been pulling the plug and
it comes back to life. The last time I did this however, it came back in a fully reset
state -- none of my programming was there, nor my series list. There must be a way to get my programming back and I'm hoping someone here can help.

I'm on my third Comcast Moto DVR. Both of the prior units failed with unviewed content that was lost.
