I have two Sony G70 CRT projectors and only one remote. The remote will run one of them but not the other. Unfortunately the one that I need it to run is the one mounted in the ceiling and is the one I am using. It is making it really hard to tune the projector when your arms are above your head and they get tired. I can't swap them out because of the weight of the projector and the one that is hanging only has 3500 hours on it.

Can anyone explain how to get the remote to work with this projector?

Just be sure the two index switches are set to anything but "0". Your remote should work fine.

Correct. Set them to 0,1 as reading it rightside up, or 1,0 reading it upside down. the remote should work.

I have a better idea. After you figure out how to control the one on the ceiling, send the other one to me! I'm just North a bit in Tennessee. I'll even come pick it up.
