I know it is well documented that the original Chronos discs will not play on PS3s and RB Films is offering free replacements, but it seems as if Netflix hasn't replaced their stock. I hoped that I had just got one that slipped by and didn't get replaced but I have now received two copies of Chronos in a row that are the original issues that do not play in the PS3. I emailed Netflix about the problem, but surely they are aware of this issue... right?

Funny you mention this! Earlier on, I got a copy of Chronos from Netflix and of course, it wouldn't play in the PS3. I posted a comment and hoped they would get it fixed. About a couple of weeks ago, I tried to get it and see if they had corrected it, but still the same issue. This time I emailed them AND called them to report the issue. They said they would pass on the information.
If anyone uses Netflix in here, we all need to band together and give them a call so they can correct this.

I received one from the Houston distribution center and it played flawlessly in my ps3. I prefered the audio commentary to the rather small annotations that even on my 9' screen were hard to read. The fonts were too small and I could not resize them. Plus the annotations took away from the beautiful imagery.

Yeah, when I spoke to the representative, I informed her that this is an issue with the disc itself, and not the players. I also told her that R&B Films is offering FREE replacement discs, and they will need to contact them.

Again, I am sure she is at the bottom of the totum pole, and who knows if this will get passed on.

I still recommend everyone with a Netflix account, call in and let them know also.
