I am going to be purchasing a new tv very soon an would like to get advice from everyone. I know it is my choice and what looks best, but never hurts to hear from others.

I am looking to a get a 46 to 50 inch tv Plasma or LCD. I originally picked out Plasma Pioneer 5080hd but might try to save a little money if I can.

I am now trying to spend around $2000 if possible. I would like to get a tv with 1080p if I go with LCD.

I like the Sammy LNT4665F but this is over my mark I would like to spend. (I can go up to $2800 if need be, but would like to save).

So if anyone can give me suggestions on other LCDs or Plasmas that are a good buy (last years model or what not) I would really appreciate it.
