MS had released a free 24 dashboard theme when the last season was ready to kick off. Of course my 360 has to get the RRoD that day, so I was never able to download it. It had completely slipped my mind until now, but I can't find it anywhere on the marketplace. MS acknowledges that it existed at some point as you can see here (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/marketplace/24/theme.htm). Does anyone know where I can get this theme?

Theme seems boring but since it has Jack Bauer, I will d/l later

It is no longer available. Neither is the Burger King theme. Some themes and picture packs are only available for a limited time.

I didn't mind her characters....I mean her character on the show too much. Then again she can do no wrong in my eyes.

And yeah, last season sucked until the last few shows.

AS for the Missing DLC, can't you just call MS tell them what happened and get credit back? I'm guessing the real issue is just that the darn theme isn't available anymore but you did get your points back right?

The theme was free actually. The problem is that I never had the opportunity to download it in the first place as my console died the day the theme was released. Not even the towel trick worked.
