Do I have to pay the $5/month to Verizon for the extra boxes, or can they be purchased? Also, what are the outputs, or do they have a coax output for old TV's? Thanks!

Can't comment on the connections but I would assume the SD models have RF outputs. HDntheCity 08-02-07, 02:16 PM I can confirm that the SD FiOS boxes have on RF out. other connections are S-Video & Composite video, and analog & digital(coax & Toslink) audio outputs. this should cover almost any TV made in the last 10-15 yrs. I can also say the SD box gives stellar PQ on an SD display(in my case 27 "). even the analog tier is stunning. looks like the early days of D*. Neil I would check online & over the phone for any promos for new subs. I was able to get the SD box for no charge by committing for 2 yrs.
