This is a interesting read, just another web site with info. The question to me is how accurate could this article be? Looks more like a prediction page...

It says "PopSci Predictions Exchange" at the top of the page! Come on with these BS post.

It doesn't look like a Blog posting, that is why I asked the question.... I can't count the countless BS postings on blogs that's why I was asking the question. Funny on how it is BS if you don't like the out come. Also if you think it is a BS post why even reply?

If HDDVD makes it to 2009, it will continue to be produced.

I agree with you, if anything this fall should be a good predictor of what is going to happen to either format. At this rate we just might be the LD users of the past, lets not forget that DirecTV is launching 150 channels . This could also put a dent into people renting and or buying more HD content like HD-DVD or Blu-Ray.

Good point! I will think of this the next time I see such a post. Didn't mean to step on toes. But you even said it was a prediction in your original post! Anywho you'll enjoy your discussion! :D

No biggie, just want good info.. I haven't stepped too far off the plank and decided which way to fall yet on either format. Although Blu-Ray is waying more in my favor lately.
