I bought an Envision 32" TV which has ATSC and QAM tuner. I originally have direcpath digital cable service. When I connected the cable off the wall( by passing the box) to the TV and tuned the channels, I found 90+ channels( less than my cable TV service provides) and they look very grainy.
I dont know my TV is bad or something I am doing really wrong? How do I be able to get off the cable HD service or even clear digital TV. Off note, my cable service provider doesn't give HD programming yet.

The only channels you will see will be the "in the clear" offerings assuming your cable service offers this. The four or five networks and maybe a couple of others. Visit your local reception thread for more info.
