My family has a home theater custom installed in northwestern, CT along the NY border (Sharon area) and we need to find a professional who can fix some things, make the remote idiot-proof etc. We are not super happy with the outfit that did the job originally and need someone who really understands this stuff. I can't seem to find anyone who serves that area. Any leads? Many thanks in advance.
